Mollie McGinnis Estes
Mollie has been a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor in Springfield, MO for over 20 years. She holds a variety of certifications from ACSM Personal Trainer to Group Exercise Instructor in TRX, Barre, PiYo (Pilates/Yoga), Kettlebell Training and RYT-200 in Yoga. She is passionate about helping people achieve their goals with a diverse approach to health and wellness. Using her diploma in Advanced Nutrition she can guide clients in proper eating habits that exceed any “diets” out there and takes a sustainable for life approach to food. Mollie has worked with Bodybuilders to Beginners and loves seeing her clients and class members learn to appreciate these amazing bodies we’ve been given! When she’s not in the F8 Gym you can find her enjoying the great outdoors with her husband, 2 kids and 2 dogs.

Nancy P
Nancy has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years as the former Group Exercise Manager for CoxHealth Fitness Centers. Her Bachelors degree is in Health and Wellness Promotion, and she holds certifications in Run Coaching through RRCA, ACE Clinical Exercise Specialist, RYT-200 Yoga Teacher, along with others such as Pilates and Post Rehab instructor. Nancy loves working with Senior Adults, but on the other end of the spectrum loves teaching run groups and boot camp type classes. She also enjoys hiking and being outdoors with her husband Bob, and playing with her two dogs!

Janis D
Janis has worked in healthcare for 27 years while also pursuing certifications and experiences in the health and fitness industry. She owns Collective Soul Wellness, a life and conflict coaching business that helps people find a healthy balance in their lives. Over the past few years Janis has added group fitness and ACE Personal Training certifications to her repertoire. With a black belt in Taekwondo, she enjoys empowering women with her self-defense knowledge. Outside of her time in the hospital and gym, Janis loves hiking and spending time with her family and friends (of which she has many!).

Ronda S
Trainer, Coach, and Sound Healing Practitioner
Ronda brings a rare mix of high-energy training and grounding mind-body work to F8. She’s certified in PiYo, Kettlebells, AMPD Resistance and AMPD Build, Hula Hoop Fitness, TRX, and more. Her classes are known for being challenging, uplifting, and unexpectedly fun, and she has a gift for helping people accomplish goals they never thought were possible.
Beyond fitness, Ronda is trained in Reiki and Sound Healing, offering restorative sessions that help clients reset after the hard work. She stepped into the fitness world at 40, which is why she believes deeply that it’s never too late to get stronger, feel better, and take control of your health.
Ronda is here to push you, support you, and help you build a life that feels balanced, energized, and confident.

Chandra T
Chandra is F8’s dedicated Health Coach, here to help you build steady, realistic habits that support your long-term wellbeing. She focuses on sustainable nutrition, a healthier relationship with food, and simple daily routines that make life feel more balanced. Through one-on-one support and practical guidance, Chandra helps clients create lasting change without overwhelm, restriction, or confusion. She meets you where you are and walks with you toward a healthier, more confident version of yourself.
