Barre
Inspired by elements from Ballet and Pilates, you’ll use low-impact but high-intensity movements to build long lean muscles, gain stamina and flexibility. No dance experience required to get the body of a Ballerina with this efficient full-body workout! Great for Beginners and anyone wanting to tone and tighten every muscle while moving to upbeat music. (TRX Barre is 30minutes and uses TRX straps instead of a chair for your “Barre”)
Deep Stretch
Gentle Stretch
This floor stretching class believes in movement as medicine with combining core muscle activating exercises with deep soft tissue stretching. Learn to connect to your body with movements that require mindfulness as you get deep into muscles you didn't even know you had! Modifications and props like blankets, blocks and straps are utilized and provided. Feel good again!

Hula Hoop
This class is low impact but definitely a lot of FUN! Use weighted Hula Hoops for a full body workout appropriate for all fitness levels. No experience hooping? No problem! We'll teach you everything you need to know, and dropping the hoop multiple times is part of the fun. Endurance, strength, balance and core stability are the main benefits of hooping it up! Light weighted Hula Hoops provided.


A complete total body workout using any and every piece of equipment in the gym to focus on building strength and cardio endurance, in a circuit style HIIT format. Uses a variety of total body exercises that can be modified to any fitness level.
F8 Lunch Crunch
Geared specifically for those needing a more healing and therapeutic form of exercise. No experience or flexibility required as this class is appropriate for anyBODY needing a gentler approach to movement and stretching. A chair may be used for assistance and modifications, other props like blankets, blocks and straps are utilized and provided. (Men’s Mobility is same as Gentle Stretch but for tight guys only!)

Kettlebell AMPD
A muscle-building and heart-pumping class integrating kettlebell weights with upbeat music. Using choreographed moves and traditional strength training, this workout engages the entire body for 45 min of strength building and calorie torching fun.


PiYo
A low-impact but fast paced class that combines the muscle sculpting and core stability exercises of Pilates with the balance and flexibility training of Yoga. Movements are choreographed to upbeat dance music for a total body workout with strength, sweat and stretch!

Strength & Stretch
Get a full body alignment with breath and movement flowing together in this strength and mobility class that will leave you refreshed and ready to take on the day! All levels welcome as modifications will be provided for this Pilates Mat based strength class.
This revolutionary workout method uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability. This type of training using straps suspended from the ceiling & is very modifiable for every fitness level and ability. The class is taught in a small group that ensures safety & results! Its not easy, but worth it!

Women & Weights
As we age women lose muscle at a much faster rate than men! This class is designed for not just building strength and losing body fat, but also to educate ladies on proper weight lifting technique, form and progression.

Small Group Personal Training (SGPT)
SGPT gives you the attention of personal training with the energy of a small group. Each session is guided by a trainer who creates a plan based on your goals, your abilities, and your current season of life. You’ll lift, move, and progress with a group of 4 to 6 people who are working toward their own goals too, which keeps things supportive and motivating without feeling overwhelming.

SGPT is separate from class memberships since it’s a personalized training program. You can book a free consultation with one of our trainers to talk through your goals and choose a plan with sessions once, twice, or three times per week.
